Shipping and Returns

General Shipping: 

Apparel and small items may be shipped USPS or UPS. All other shipments will be via shipped UPS to include International shipments.  Large and heavy items will be shipped freight.  Rates are auto-calculated at checkout.

Ground Service from any company does not guarantee delivery time though they give you estimates. Only Air and Next Day Services are guaranteed, if they are ordered before daily cutoff of 12:00 P.M. (CST).

Shipping cutoff time is 12:00 P.M. (CST) Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after will not go out until the following business day.  Please note, we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.  Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the following business day in the order they were received, unless expedited shipping is chosen.

Lost or Damaged Shipment:  All shipments are automatically insured. This shipping insurance is automatically calculated into your shipping rates at checkout.  In the event that you experience a loss or damaged shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at (931) 820-0619, please have your order number ready.  You may also be required to send proof of lost or damaged package to hammerconceptsanddesigns@gmail.com 

This should include: 

  • Pictures of the package’s exterior reflecting the damage
  • Photos of the interior packaging materials
  • Images of the damaged item
  • Photo of the tracking label or bill of lading on the box

If the damage is not clearly evident, please identify on the photo where the damage occurred.  You should retain the original packaging, the contents, and all packaging materials until the claim is finalized and we provide further instructions.  We try to review and process all covered claims within 5 business days following initial receipt of your claim and associated documentation.

Returns: 

Any package returned will be subject to:

  • 10% restocking fee (if in original packaged condition)
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Return shipping from you to HC&D is your responsibility

All returns must be pre-approved by us and will be reimbursed after we receive and inspect your returned items.  Items are only available for return within 30 days of invoice purchase date and must be in new condition original shipped condition with all parts to receive a refund.

Custom built items such as wishbones, 4 link bars, antiroll bars, and rear end housings are non-refundable. 

When the products arrive back to us not in the original condition or are damaged in shipment back to us, we will contact you and make a refund decision. Our decision will be based on the ability to restock or resale the product.

Canceled Orders: 

Order processing merchant fees are non-refundable after an order has been processed or purchased by the customer. Regardless of shipment status, if an order is cancelled, we will deduct 3% from your refund.
