Shipping and Returns

General Shipping

First-time customer orders will be shipped to the billing address. Once a customer has an established order history, we may ship to an address other than the billing address upon request.

Apparel and small items may ship via USPS or UPS. All other shipments, including international orders, ship via UPS. Large or heavy items will ship freight. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Ground shipping services provide estimated delivery times only and do not guarantee delivery dates. Only Air and Next Day Air services are guaranteed when ordered before the daily cutoff of 12:00 PM (CST).

Next Day Air orders placed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday) will ship the same day. Next Day Air orders placed on Fridays will not deliver until the following business day. If the following business day is a federal holiday, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping cutoff time is 12:00 PM (CST), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the same day if time allows, but same-day shipment is not guaranteed. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship the next business day in the order received unless expedited shipping is selected.


Shipping Inspection Requirement

All packages shipped from Hammer Concepts & Designs (HC&D) include an exterior inspection notice.

Customers must open and inspect their shipment within three (3) days of delivery.
Any damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date to be eligible for review, replacement, or claim consideration.

Claims submitted after this inspection window may be denied, as HC&D may be unable to verify packaging, shipment condition, or order contents.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are automatically insured, and insurance is included in the shipping rate at checkout.

If you experience a lost or damaged shipment, contact us as soon as possible at (931) 820-0619 with your order number available. You may also be required to email documentation to sales@hammerconceptsanddesigns.com.

Required documentation may include:

  • Photos of the package exterior showing damage

  • Photos of interior packaging materials

  • Images of the damaged item

  • Photo of the shipping label or bill of lading

If damage is not obvious, please clearly identify the affected area in the photos. Retain all original packaging and contents until the claim is finalized and further instructions are provided.

We strive to review and process all covered claims within 5 business days after receiving complete documentation.


Returns

Any approved return is subject to the following:

  • 13% restocking fee if returned in original, unused, and resalable condition

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

All returns must be pre-approved by HC&D. Refunds are issued only after items are received and inspected.

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice purchase date and must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, with all parts included to qualify for a refund.


Non-Refundable Items

The following custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable:

  • Wishbones

  • 4-Link Bars

  • Anti-Roll Bars

  • Rear End Housings

  • Any custom-built or fabricated components


Condition Upon Return

If returned products arrive damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in original condition, HC&D will contact you and determine refund eligibility.

Refund decisions are based on the ability to restock or resell the item.
HC&D’s determination is final.


Canceled Orders

Order processing and merchant fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or purchased, regardless of shipment status.

If an order is canceled, 3% will be deducted from the refund.

All cancellations are subject to all fees incurred, including but not limited to:

  • Merchant processing fees

  • Payment gateway fees

  • International Service Fees (up to 1%) for orders placed outside of the United States, whether shipped or not
