In effort to deliver the best parts available to our customers, the HC&D Elite Series II anti-roll bar arm and spindle has been purposefully redesigned for precision, strength, and longevity. We now have available an option for a 7 1/4" length arm for applications for long travel suspensions.
Design Features:
*Lobed engagement pattern consisting of 8 lobes. The lobe quantity at an even number provide symmetry from left to the right side of the arms/spindle profile making them interchangeable.
*Added material to the center portion of the arm I beam structure.
*Upgraded clamp retention bolt to a grade 9 bolt.
*7075 arm material vs 6061
In our research and development, we believe the new lobe design is superior to the splined for several reasons:
- If an arm(s) were to be damaged, you can replace them without having purchasing the entire ARB kit.
- Lobed engagement affords more contact engagement on the surface area depth providing the arm added strength where the leverage force is highest.
- Lobed profile allows for precision when machining and consistency with final fit and finish.
- Precise quality control with a perfect fit for the arm lobed profile to the spindle lobed profile.
