Safety is at the core of every MPI product, and the DRG-R5346 is no exception. It features MPI Safety™ U-Channel and double rivet technology, reinforcing its strength and impact resistance. The inner structure is engineered to deform under high-impact loads, reducing force transmission to the driver’s upper body for added protection. The industry-leading foam injection further enhances safety by absorbing vibrations and minimizing driver fatigue during high-G runs.

Designed for comfort and control, the ergonomic oval-shaped grip provides a natural feel, allowing drivers to maintain a confident and secure hold. The wheel is hand-covered with microfiber and synthetic materials, ensuring long-lasting durability and a premium tactile experience.

For customization and adaptability, the DRG-R5346 features four large 5/8” x 1½” pre-slotted switch holes, allowing racers to position switches exactly where they need them for maximum efficiency. The wheel also includes a standard 5-hole drag racing bolt pattern, ensuring seamless compatibility with industry-standard hubs. Additionally, the high-visibility MPI Orange™ marker at the top of the wheel provides a performance reference for crew chiefs and drivers during video analysis, helping teams fine-tune their runs with precision.

Each wheel is individually serial-numbered for traceability and crafted in Italy with MPI’s signature attention to detail.
